Zastavovací studie lokality „Příborská“ ve Frýdku - Místku

Abstract

This thesis deals with land use in the locality “Pod Štandlem” in Frýdek – Místek by Regional study in accordance with the approved Plan of the city Frýdek - Mistek.

The first part describes the problems with area, the conditions of an approved land plan and theoretical basis. The second part solved urban planning and engineering solutions of design development. An important aspect is a utilities and traffic infrastructure with functional connections. The required is also proposed integrating solutions into existing architecture and surrounding. The Diploma thesis contains two versions. Both of them deal with development on parcels design for housing and parcels for small industrial area.
