Abstract

The thesis deals with swimming pool halls or water park halls enclosures, especially with their load-bearing system. First the load-bearing enclosure systems of chosen existing swimming pool halls and water parks were described. This was followed by designing of process layout of swimming pool hall including its background. The main topic of the Master's thesis was the proposal of three roof construction variants of swimming pool hall made of wood-based material. The first two variants were processed preliminarily and the proposal and opinion of decisive load-bearing elements was carried out. For the third chosen variant, which was subjectively evaluated as optimal, except for desicive load-bearing elements the joints were also proposed and assessed. All proposed elements and joints must comply with the viewpoint of limit states and in the case of their non-compliance the revelant action was proposed. The opinion was carried out according to standards ČSN EN. The thesis contains also drawing documentation and proposal of method of assembly roof construction.
