Abstract

This thesis deals with the assessment and analysis of the activities of members of the crisis staffs of municipalities with extended powers. The first part of this work is focused on explaining the problems of crisis management in the Czech Republic but also in the world. Followed by the development and review of current crisis legislation. In the second part the defined by crisis staff, its composition and analyzed the activities of members of the crisis staff. At the end of the draft plan is prepared exercises for members of crisis staff of municipalities with extended powers with extended powers Dobruska, consisting of theoretical and practical parts of training.
