Abstract

This thesis deals with possible types of measuring devices intended for industrial heating furnace. Using a measuring device can specify parameters for the optimization of initial heat heating modes. The first part of this thesis will deal with a more detailed description of the various types of ovens, their work space, type of charge, the internal heat transfer continuous furnace temperature plotted along with temeperation field. Will be described measuring circuits of heating furnaces along with technical means. Objective measurement and thus of the whole thesis will test various types of insulating materials, determine to the dynamic characteristics of the made a physical model with different building inside the insulation.
