Analýza motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the motivation of employees in DVT, a.s. company. The motivation is initially described theoretically using specialist literature. The practical part is particularly focused on the selected company which is characterized and its system of motivation is analyzed. The method uses a questionnaire survey. The questionnaires, that were presented to employees to complete, was designed to assess levels of motivation, financial evaluation, working conditions, etc. From the results it was found that these factors are evaluated rather positively. Based on the results of the questionnaires and the analysis of current situation were made particular proposals and recommendations which will be passed to competent persons in the company.
