Senzorické aplikace optických rezonátorů s Braggovými zrcadly

Abstract

The master thesis is focused on the sensor applications of optical resonators with Bragg mirrors. It includes a theoretical part describing the physical principles essential for understanding this topic, including modeling of the response of the resonator. The experimental part describes the measurement system, including the construction of Bragg mirrors. Furthermore, experiments are carried out to analyze the response of these resonators to changes in the relative humidity of the air inside the resonator cavity. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the individual measurement setups used in these experiments are discussed.
