Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to find out, how much are customers livning in Olomouc region satisfied with gas stations. I was obtaining these facts trough marketing research. In my thesis I deal with theoretical knowledge about marketing research and its practical implementation. Theoretical part of my thesis describes nature of marketing research and its process. In practical part I deal with performing of marketing research of customers satisfaction with gas station services in Olomouc region. I obtained data from questionnaires of 157 respondents and then I evaluated these with charts.
