Postaudit vybraného investičního projektu

Abstract

Diplomová práce zjišťuje úspěšnost vybraného investičního projektu společnosti KERAMOST, a.s. na základě zhotovení postauditu. K naplnění cíle práce byly využity metody k porovnání původních předpokladů, ze kterých se vycházelo při přípravě projektu se skutečnou situací při jeho provozu. Konkrétně byla zjištěna a vyhodnocena statická a dynamická ekonomická kritéria, která byla také vyhodnocena na základě analýzy citlivosti. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na výpočet vybraných kritérií uvedených v teoretické části. Závěry uvedené v práci byly odvozeny ze skutečností zjištěných výpočtů a porovnáním vypočtených hodnot s hodnotami uvedenými ve studii proveditelnosti investičního projektu.

This thesis detects the success of chosen investment project of the company KERAMOST, Inc. on the basis of making the post-audit. To fulfil the objectives of this thesis there were used methods to compare the original assumption which we expected during its operation. Specifically it was found out that evaluated static and dynamic economic criteria that were evaluated on the basis of sensitivity analysis. The practical part of this thesis focuses on the calculation of selected criteria mentioned in the theoretical section. The conclusions drawn in the work were derived from the real found calculations and compared with calculated value with the values given in the study of feasibility of the investment project.
