Minimalizace fyzické zátěže při ručních manipulacích v hutním provozu

Abstract

The objective of my Bachelor’s thesis is to carry out in real conditions selected parts of a metallurgical operation, a professional evaluation of physical workload and working positions, and to propose an optimizing solution in the sphere of health protection. As part of the metallurgical operations, I chose a wire drawing on HBZ-type drawing machines where the reels and drawn wire are manually manipulated. On the grounds of my evaluation of the physical workload and working positions, I shall propose technical, organizational and other measures leading to the reduction of the employees’ workload and thus improving the working conditions and health condition of the staff.
