Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the assessment of the issue of social responsibility of a public organization. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the approaches to accountability and the forms and methods of corporate social responsibility assessment. The analytical part focuses on the assessment of approaches to corporate social responsibility at the Palacky University in Olomouc. The evaluation was carried out using the data from the questionnaire survey, which took place among the employees of the Rectorate of the Palacký University in Olomouc. The analytical part is a comprehensive SWOT analysis that summarizes the findings of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses in the implementation of the corporate responsibility of Palacky University in Olomouc.
