Abstract

This work deals with analysis, proposition and realization problems of the expert’s CRM system which satisfies requirements of NAR marketing s.r.o. company for business and partners network coordination and for storing all activities connected with business department work. This work includes description and history of the CRM system’s, analyses, propositions and solution’s for new CRM system project which is capable of storing all activities connected with business department work first of all seller and their assistants activities and also managers activities which will use new system for company leading, operating and for decision making of whole company. New CRM system will be capable of storing whole records of callings, documents, events, fees, business chances and sales to registred companies and also will be capable of efficient and fast work with stored data’s and also it will make possible to quick search and find required records for registred companies. This work describes creating of graphically well-aranged and also in doing so proffesional CRM system, which can provide for submitter all important functions and also functions that provides added value with using new CRM system. This work make use of XHTML 1.0 standards, cascade styles CSS and of course programming language Personal Home Page (PHP) and DBS MySQL. This work is programmed in PHP language and uses DBS MySQL. This work also uses new web technologies like Javascript and AJAX for rapid and efficient work with system.
