Systém pro tvorbu genealogii datových struktur

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje návrh a implementaci webové aplikace PaperLineage. Aplikace umožňuje uživatelům evidovat vědecké publikace a ručně mezi nimi vytvářet vazby, které se zobrazují v interaktivním grafu. Hlavní odlišností od běžných nástrojů typu Zotero je zaměření na manuálně editovatelný graf vazeb. Backend je napsaný v ASP.NET Core nad databází PostgreSQL, používá Entity Framework Core a JWT autentizaci přes ASP.NET Identity. Frontend je SPA ve Vue 3, graf vykresluje knihovna Vue Flow. Aplikace zvládá správu publikací, autorů, kategorií a klíčových slov, nahrávání PDF souborů, export do BibTeXu, RIS, NBIB, EndNote a PDF a generování citací v sedmi stylech. Metadata lze importovat z ArXivu a Crossrefu. Rozhraní je česko-anglické. Výsledkem je funkční aplikace nasazená na Render a Supabase, která pokrývá specifikaci ze zadání.

This bachelor’s thesis describes the design and implementation of the PaperLineage web application. The application lets users catalogue scientific publications and manually create links between them, displayed in an interactive graph. The primary distinction from common tools such as Zotero is the focus on a manually editable relationship graph. The backend is written in ASP.NET Core on top of a PostgreSQL database, using Entity Framework Core and JWT authentication via ASP.NET Identity. The frontend is a single-page application in Vue 3, with Vue Flow rendering the graph. The application handles publications, authors, categories and keywords, PDF uploads, export to BibTeX, RIS, NBIB, EndNote and PDF, and citation generation in seven styles. Metadata can be imported from ArXiv and Crossref. The interface is bilingual (Czech and English). The resulting application is deployed to Render and Supabase and covers the specification from the assignment.
