The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of construction documentation for the execution of a family house in Frýdek-Místek, in the village of Skalice, on plots No. 1518 and 26 in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on Building Documentation. [1] The basis for the bachelor’s thesis is the documentation for the building permit, developed in the course Studio Design I and subsequently expanded in the course Studio Design V. The bachelor’s thesis includes construction documentation, which is divided into textual and drawing parts.
