Abstract

The aim of this thesis is not only to provide a comprehensive overview of making payroll-system issues, but primarily on the basis of theoretical knowledge to analyze and to evaluate the company´s payroll-system. In the case of deficiencies to suggest changes which could improve the system. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part describes the basic wage concepts. The second part focuses on the analysis of the company's payroll-system. An important part of the work are also results of employee satisfaction survey, by which the deficiencies of the system were found. Based on the identified deficiencies are proposed changes that could contribute to the improvement and streamline of the system.
