Restaurace s bowlingem, obchody a služby

Abstract

Náplní mé bakalářské práce bylo zhotovení dokumentace pro provedení stavby polyfunkčního domu “Restaurace s bowlingem, obchody a služby“ v lokalitě Ostrava – Lhotka. Objekt byl navržen tak, aby se začlenil do nové urbanistické a architektonické koncepce obce Lhotka. Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit restauraci s bowlingem, obchody a služby s využitím, tak aby splňoval nároky a potřeby obyvatel uvedené lokality. Před zahájením zpracování projektu jsem se osobně seznámila s příslušnou lokalitou a s potřebami místních obyvatel. Pro vlastní návrh objektu jsem prostudovala mapové podklady, průzkumy, rozbory okolí, platné předpisy, vyhlášky a normy.

This thesis contains documentation of the construction of a polyfunctional building Restaurant with bowling, shops and service“ located in Ostrava – Lhotka. The building was designed in the same urban and architectural spirit as the rest of Lhotka. The aim of my work is the creation of a polyfunctional building with various utilizations which fulfils the residents needs and demands. Before I had started work on this project I personally inquired about the needs of local inhabitants. For my own project I perused map sources, researches, analysis of the environs, effective regulations,ordinances and norms.
