Pasportizace objektu v majetku města Opavy

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with passportization office building in Opava. The first chapter explains the benefits of establishing passportization in the life cycle of the building. Other chapters deal with the definition passportization, data on facility management, software support and methodology of coding space. The last chapter is devoted to practical use passportization in practice. It consists of the administration building Krnovská in Opava. Includes passport space, construction and technical. Everything is entered into the system from pit CAFM software. Outputs are in the form of reports and tables. The scope of this work is 43 numbered pages.
