Možnosti biodegradace odpadů z Letiště Leoše Janáčka v Ostravě

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo posouzení vhodnosti aplikace biodegradace při dekontaminaci vzorků zeminy z Letiště Leoše Janáčka v Ostravě. K laboratorním testům biodegradace byly použity 2 vzorky zeminy získané z přistávací a vzletové plochy. Laboratorní testy biodegradace byly realizovány s čistou bakteriální kulturou Pseudomonas putida, čistou bakteriální kulturou Rhodococcus sp, jejich směsí a se směsí, která byla vytvořená kombinací jejich médií bez bakterií. Z výsledku diplomové práce vyplynulo, že pro daný účel, tedy pro biodegradaci znečištěnin z letiště je nejvhodnější aplikovat směsnou bakteriální kulturu tvořenou Pseudomonas putida a Rhodococcus sp. Výsledky práce ukazují, že daný způsob biodegradace je vhodný pro tento typ znečištění.

The diploma thesis deals with an examination of possible application of biodegradation in the decontamination of soil samples from Leoš Janáček’s Airport in Ostrava. Two soil samples were used for laboratory tests of biodegradation taken from oil interceptors No.1 and 2. The laboratory biodegradation tests were carried out with a pure bacterial culture of Pseudomonas putida, a pure laboratory culture of Rhodococcus sp, their mix and a mix prepared combining their media free of bacteria. The results of the diploma thesis imply that for the given purpose, i.e. for biodegradation of airport pollutants, it is most suitable to apply a mixed bacterial culture of Pseudomonas putida and Rhodococcus sp. The results of the thesis show that the biodegradation method is applicable for the pollution in question.
