Analýza uplatnění studentů na trhu práce

Abstract

The goal was to outline the possible causes that make graduates lose their ability to succeed in the labor market. According to specialists (HR , recruitment agencies , employers and other organizations dedicated to human resource development) graduates have not practical experience and language skills so good as it is now necessary. In the survey , students answered on a closed, semi-closed and open questions , where they had an opportunity to express their views on specific issues. Conclusion of the thesis summarizes student´s proposals to improve learning and core demands of employers in the recruitment process.
