Podnikatelský plán ve společnosti Moravská břidlice s.r.o.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský záměr na investici do strojního zařízení na základě technicko-ekonomické studie, která představuje reálné podklady pro rozhodnutí o přijetí či zamítnutí realizace daného projektu. Bakalářská práce se skládá v první části z teoretických pojmů, které představují stavbu podnikatelského plánu v jednotlivých krocích na základě odborné literatury. Druhá část se věnuje představení společnosti, její historii, náplní současné podnikatelské činnosti a vizí do budoucna, kterých chce společnost dosáhnout. Třetí část představuje konkrétní podnikatelský záměr založený na aplikaci postupů sestavení podnikatelského plánu definovaných v teoretické části. Prezentuje tržní prostředí dané oblasti podnikání, představuje marketingový plán a analyzuje rizika a příležitosti, které se v daném podnikatelském prostředí vyskytují. Třetí část rovněž hodnotí investiční rozhodnutí, která na základě provedení analýzy určí efektivnost zamýšleného nákupu stroje.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for an investment into machine equipment on the basis of a technical-economic study, which presents actual data for the decision about the acceptance or refusal of the realization of a given project. The first part of the bachelor thesis includes the theoretical concepts which represent the structure of the business plan in the individual steps on the basis of the specialized literature. The second part concernsthe company, its history and activities and its future goals which the company wants to achieve. The third part gives a concrete business plan based on the application of the individual steps of the intended business plan definedin the theoretical part of this thesis. It presents the market environment in agiven area of business, it introduces the business plan and analyses the risks and opportunities which appear in this area of business. Moreover, the third part includes the evaluation of the investment decisions which will, on the basis of an analysis, assess the effectiveness of the intended purchase of the machine.
