Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti strojírenského podniku

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti strojírenského podniku pomocí vybraných metod s následnými doporučeními, která mohou vést k odhalení slabých stránek a nalezení nových cest ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a zlepšení postavení společnosti na trhu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se opírá o odbornou literaturu, definuje základní pojmy a vybrané metody hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti. V praktické části je nejprve představen vybraný podnik. Následně jsou aplikovány konkrétní metody na daný podnik. Na základě použitých metod a analýz je učiněno shrnutí a doporučení ke zlepšení a upevnění pozice na trhu.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate of the competitiveness of the engineering company using selected methods with subsequent recommendations that can lead detection of weaknessess and finding new ways to increase competitiveness and to improve the company’s market position. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is based on the literature, defines the basic concepts and determines the selected methods of competitiveness evaluation. In the practical part, the selected company is introduced first. Subsequently, the specified methods are applied to the selected company. On the basic of the methods and analysis made a summary and recommendations for improvement and strengthen the market position.
