Abstract

This thesis deals with the optimization of production process control in the company FAVEA, spol. Ltd. The theoretical part is focused on the specification of the concepts related to control, control systems and planning, technical inspections of products, production processes and quality management. The practical part is focused on pharmaceutical company FAVEA Co., Ltd. In this practical part is briefly described the company's history, its vision and object of business. The following chapters describe the current state description of material flow management, monitoring in the enterprise, GMP system, internal audit, scrap of selected product, specifications tablet production department and its control. Goal of the last chapter is to evaluate the situation and design a new solution for the company FAVEA in the tablets production department.
