Návrh optimalizace interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním interní komunikace ve vybrané firmě. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout nejlepší varianty, ze kterých si vedení firmy vybere tu nejlepší pro zefektivnění jejich interní komunikace. Tato práce je rozdělena na metodicky-teoretickou a empirickou část. V empirické části byly aplikovány analýzy vnitřních faktorů „7S“ a vnějších faktorů SLEPT analýzy, jejichž výsledky byly dosaženy za pomoci hloubkového rozhovoru. Tyto výsledky byly zpracovány do SWOT analýzy, která zároveň s dotazníkovým šetřením pro zaměstnance firmy sloužila jako základní podklady pro zhodnocení současného stavu. Na závěr metodou párového porovnávání byly nejvýznamnější návrhy posouzeny vedením firmy a z nich vybrán jeden prioritní návrh pro zefektivnění interní komunikace. Nejlepší variantou vybranou firmou je zavedení nového programu evidence zakázek v intranetu společnosti propojená se služebními telefony a e-maily všech pracovníků.

This diploma thesis deals with internal communication in selected company. The aim of the thesis was to suggest the best options from which the main management of the company will choose the principál one for streamlining their internal communication. This work is divided into methodical-theoretical and empirical parts. In the empirical part the analysis of internal factors “7S” was used alongside the analysis of external factors of SLEPT obtained through an in depth interview. These results were used to construct SWOT analysis, which together with the employees surveys created a basis for evaluation of the current situation. Finally, the method of paired comparison was used and the most relevant proposals were evaluated by the company's management and the one with the highest priority was selected to streamline the internal communication. The best option chosen by the company is a new order registration program in the company's intranet, which is linked to company's business phones and emails of all employees.
