Abstract

Museum of Landek, Ostrava – Petřkovice, grounds of coal mine of Anselm Bachelor thesis VŠB-TU Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture Number of pages: 57 2015 Supervisor: Ing. arch. Aleš Student The bachelor thesis is called „Museum of Landek“. It deals with design of part of the entrance building which contains an entrance hall, reception, sanitary facilities for visitors, a lecture hall and rooms for staff. The complex of museum buildings (A-F) is included in design of revitalization of the area. This area is located in Ostrava – Petřkovice and it is part of design of city New Landek. The complex is situated such a way that the view from the entrance hall and individual exhibition pavilions is oriented towards the revitalized area of coal mine of Anselm (with new function of science and technology centre of city New Landek) and then we can see the lake (which was also included in design of revitalization of the area).
