Návrh efektivních strategií prevence syndromu vyhoření v pracovním prostředí

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of burnout syndrome in the workplace. In the theoretical part, basic concepts are defined, and the stages of burnout development, its diagnosis, symptoms, and contributing factors are described. Significant attention is paid to stress as a precursor to burnout and the organizational influences involved in this process. Within the practical part, quantitative research was conducted through a questionnaire survey with 379 respondents. Data analysis confirmed a high intensity of perceived pressure and stress somatization among employees, and a critically low level of awareness regarding prevention within organizations was identified. Based on the results, a set of effective measures for corporate practice is proposed. These focus primarily on strengthening social support, adjusting work organization, implementing benefits that increase time autonomy, and increasing overall awareness of mental hygiene.
