Abstract
This work summarizes the basic knowledge about the physical properties of powder materials, with special focus to the analysis of particle size distribution. The practical part is focused on the comparison of wet and dry way of particle size distribution measurement by using the Malvern laser analyzer. The aim was to find the optimum conditions for both measurement methods for achieving the greatest possible consensus distribution curves for powdered tungsten.
