Abstract
This work deals with the construction and technical solutions for new construction of an office building with restaurant operation at the ground level of the documentation for the execution of the project. The work begins with the design of the object itself. Continues the calculation of heating technology for using the programs Area2014EDU, Teplo2014EDU (from Stavevní fyzika package), Ztráty and Energie (from the company DEK). It also contains two proposals for the heating system, and ends with an assessment of building acoustics object....
