Naplňování Směrnice Rady 91/271/EHS, o čištění městských odpadních vod v ČR

Abstract

Maim aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate current state of implementation of Directive of Counsellor 91/271/EHS, pertinent to modification of municipal sewage water in individual regions of the Czech Republic, in agreed transitional period and the possibility of utlization of grant from the EU fonds. The content of the directive is development of sewerage plants and sewage systems, and improvement of wastewater purification. Introduction part of the diploma thesis is concetrating on state policy in the area of water resource management and valid legislation. Following chapter is dealing with current state of sewerage plant development in individual regions in the Czech Republic. Final part is introducing possibilities of operational programs ensuring the implementation of Directive about purifiying municipal waste water in the Czech Republic.
