Strategie společnosti TGH RENOVA s.r.o.

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh konkrétní strategie pro společnost TGH RENOVA s. r. o. Firma se orientuje na výrobu a opravy tlakových zařízení převážně pro chemický průmysl. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů a popis procesu strategického řízení. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci teoretických poznatků na zvolený podnik. Při tvorbě strategie jsou použity analýzy vnějšího okolí PEST a Porterův model pěti sil. Interní analýza zahrnuje finanční analýzu, rozbor lidských zdrojů a popis výrobního systému. Souhrnné výsledky jsou zaznamenány pomocí matice SWOT. Strategické zaměření podniku je vyjádřeno navrženou definicí poslání, vize a strategických cílů. Na základě poznatků z provedených analýz je společnosti navržena kombinace strategie hledání a konfrontace.

The focus of this thesis is put on proposal of specific strategy for company TGH RENOVA Ltd. This company oriented on production and repair of pressure devices intended predominantly for chemical industry. The work is divided into two main parts. Theoretical part focuses on the clarification of basic terminology and the description of the process of strategic management. Practical part is dedicated to the application of theoretical findings on particular company. Analysis of external macro-environment PEST and the Porter analysis of five competitive sources are employed during the formation of strategy. Internal analysis includes financial analysis, analysis of human resources and the description of production system. Summarizing results are recorded on the SWOT matrix. Strategic orientation of the company is expressed by proposed definition of mission, vision and strategic goals. A combination of the strategy of search and the strategy of confrontation are proposed for the purposes of the company, on the base of findings from implemented analysis.
