Návrh integrovaného systému reportingu pro diverzifikovanou metalurgickou společnost

Abstract

The thesis „Proposal of Integrated Reporting System for Diversified Metallurgical Company“, aims based on the experience of implementation of the integrated system for management segmenting company to propose a system with solution supporting the separate financial statements for the management needs of large manufacturing companies.

This system allows subsequent consolidation of data for different market segments and supports the needs of strategic management of different product portfolio. The important part is the phase before the implementation with redefining of needs to monitor segments and rigorous process set up for proper processing / billing data. Equally important stage is the strict adherence to define procedures of reporting, the usage of data and efficient communication across the company. The whole company is involved in the system and accepts it as a part of the management philosophy.
