Možnosti snižování následků bio-teroristických činů v rámci chovu hospodářských zvířat

Abstract

The present thesis deals with biological terrorism and the usage of biological agents as a biological weapon. The thesis is divided into several chapters; the first chapters introduce general information about bioterrorism, biological agents and the livestock diseases they can cause. Furthermore, the livestock numbers of the particular regions of the Czech Republic are compiled. The stockbreeding risks are discussed in the final chapters. Moreover, the crisis management legislation is concerned and several ideas to decrease these risks are suggested. Finally, the draft to decrease the consenquences of bioterrorism regarding stockbreeding is given.
