Bezpečnost na sportovních a kulturních akcích

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je na základě osobního šetření identifikovat, porovnat a posoudit úroveň bezpečnostních opatření realizovaných při pořádání sportovních a kulturních akcí ve víceúčelové hale Werk aréna, a navrhnout vhodná inovativní opatření. Práce se dělí na dva celky. První se zaměřuje na obecný popis problematiky bezpečnosti na sportovních a kulturních akcích, vymezuje základní pojmy potřebné k pochopení řešené problematiky, definuje současné požadavky pro pořádání kulturních a sportovních akcí, a popisuje jednotlivé prvky tvořící strukturu fyzické ochrany. Druhým celkem je praktická část, která se zabývá konkrétně problematikou bezpečnosti ve zvolené víceúčelové hale Werk aréna. Tato část se věnuje prostředí, v němž se hala nachází, a zabývá se již zavedenými bezpečnostními prvky. Dále se zaměřuje na posouzení rizik, a formulaci dílčího závěru z realizované analýzy, na jejímž fundamentu jsou navržena opatření, která by umožnila optimalizaci stávajícího stavu.

The subject of the master's thesis is to identify, compare, and evaluate the level of security measures implemented during the organization of sports and cultural events in the multipurpose hall Werk arena based on personal investigation, and propose suitable innovative measures. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on a general description of security issues at sports and cultural events, defines the basic concepts necessary to understand the problem, defines the current requirements for organizing cultural and sports events, and describes individual elements forming the structure of physical protection. The second part is the practical section, which specifically addresses security issues in the selected multipurpose hall Werk arena. This part deals with the environment in which the hall is located and examines established security elements. Furthermore, it focuses on risk assessment and formulating a partial conclusion from the conducted analysis, on the basis of which measures are proposed that would enable the optimization of the current state
