Typologie a kompetenční profily obchodních pozic a operačních manažerů v bankovním sektoru s přímou vazbou na stanovené obchodní cíle

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to demonstrate the mutual relationship between the choice of a personality type, the correctly selected competency profile and finally, the achieved results, which naturally raise the most interest from the anagement of every commercial bank. The introductory section of this work describes the characteristics of individual trade positions, upon which the hypotheses of compiled personality types linked to the position held follow up on in the next part. The creation of competency models according to positions held in the framework of the observed branch follows. The final part of this work contains the proposed and recommended process for the development of the bank’s staff in trade positions. With the content of this thesis I tried to find an effective guide for working with those aforementioned aspects that could significantly affect the overall results of the particular bank in the long run.
