Analýza a návrh úprav na křižovatce silnic II/437, II/441 a III/43618 u Velkého Újezdu

The aim of the work is to compare Intersection of Roads II/437, II/441 and III/43618 near Velky Ujezd in terms of the suitability of the existing transport arrangements and organization. In the first part there is a description of the current state and traffic signs at the intersection. The thesis contains the results of the traffic survey, traffic forecast for the prospective year, capacity calculations, traffic accidents and video-analysis of conflict situations. Furthermore there are alternative proposals for Modifications of intersection. It is about design of a roundabout, a proposal to change the visual condition of the intersection and an accepted proposal for assessing the capacity and throughput of design vehicles. Thesis also includes simulation models in the program PTV VISSIM.
