Abstract
This thesis focuses on the design and assessment of foundations and basement concrete operational parts of the building. First, it was necessary to create a design foundation structure, in which was based on real geological report. Furthermore, by examining the interaction of foundation piles and the base to the transfer of loads from the building into the ground. From the results obtained from the previous examination was a procedure for determining the value of spring supporting pile foundation. From the obtained parameters was created FEM numerical model, which was used to calculate internal forces. Another part of the thesis was to design and critique various parts of reinforced concrete. That opinion was executed complex design of reinforced concrete structures so that the entire structure was able to withstand all loads that during the entire life of the building may occur. This thesis was prepared at 72 pages.
