Abstract
The aim of this bachelor work is to find out the motivation level of ArcelorMittal Frýdek-Místek a.s. company employees and to suggest proper measures for increasing its efficiency. The theoretical part is dealing with issue of motivation and explains basic terms. The practical part explores and evaluate results of questionnaire survey. The final part consist of suggestions and recommendations based on evaluations of questionnaire survey.
