Měření korozní rychlosti v taveninách hydroxidu sodného

Abstract

This thesis deals with measuring the instantaneous rate of corrosion in molten sodium hydroxide and with monitoring the influence of melt basicity on corrosion rate. In the theoretical part the electrochemical corrosion is described, the principle of determining corrosion rate Tafel curves method is explained and further it deals with both pickling steel in melts as well as in acids and mixtures thereof. The practical part is focused on the measurement and evaluation of instantaneous corrosion rate in NaOH melts of different basicity with and without addition of pickling mixtures.
