Dopady hospodářské krize na irskou ekonomiku

Abstract

This paper describes the impacts of the global crisis on the Irish economy. The descriptive method is used in this paper. The first chapter is focused on the global crisis in general. In the second chapter there is described the economic development of Ireland in the 20th century, the economic boom and its weaknesses. The next chapter describes the causes of the financial crisis in Ireland. The last part of this paper is focused on the impacts of the global crisis on Ireland. The chapter is about how the crisis has influenced the fiscal sector, debt of the private sector and personal consumption. There are described also impacts on development of production, economic level, external trade, unemployment and migration of population. The chapter offers also the corrective action of the Irish government.
