Biologická rizika při nakládání s BRKO

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou biologických rizik při nakládání s biologicky rozložitelným komunálním odpadem. Na základě rešeršního studia a s přihlédnutím k legislativním normám popisuje současný stav dané problematiky v oblasti výzkumu přítomnosti různých druhů patogenních organismů (bakterie, plísně, dvoukřídlý hmyz) při zpracování bioodpadu a jeho kompostování. Zabývá se rovněž možnostmi hygienizace gastroodpadu a finálních produktů v kompostárenské praxi.

This thesis deals with the characterization of biological risks in the management of biodegradable municipal waste. On the basis of the retrieval study taking into account the legislative standards describes the current status of the issue in the field of research presence of various type sof pathogenic organisms (bakteria, fungi, winged insects) in the treatment of biowaste and in its composting. It also discusses the possibilities sanitisation of the kitchen waste and final products in the composting practice.
