Začátky podnikání v malé firmě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá založením společnosti s ručením omezeným. V první části se věnuje základním pojmům spojeným s malým a středním podnikáním, jejich dělením a výhodám jednotlivých právních forem. V další části je popsán chronologický postup založení fiktivní společnosti Auto-moto s.r.o. V poslední části je sestaven podnikatelský plán této společnosti včetně popisu konkurence v okolí s přihlédnutím na silné a slabé stránky zakládající firmy. Na konci této kapitoly je zpracován finanční plán pro prvních 5 let fungování již zmíněné společnosti s ručením omezeným.

This bachelor thesis describes a foundation of a limited company. In the first part it deals with the basic concepts which are connected with business of small and medium-sized companies, with their subdivison and with thein advantages of the variol legal forms. In the next part there is described a chronological order of foundation of the fictional copany Auto-moto s.r.o. In the last part there is assembled business plan of the company including a description of competition in the area taing into account the strengths and the weeknesses of the company. In the end of this chapter there is processed a business plan for the first five years in which the limited company is working.
