Abstract

Appling the principles of talent management in the development of human potential of selected industrial organization

The aim of my thesis became the theoretical characteristics of talent management and development of human potential and their application in practice of the selected organization.

Results for research were obtained from analysis of the documents, questionnaire survey and interviews with the responsible person of the personnel department. The theoretical part is based on theoretical assumptions and definitions of talent management. The practical part is devoted to the characterization of the selected organization and realization of the object of my research work proposed some measures to improve the examination process.
