Návrh postupu aplikace managementu rizik

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout postup aplikace managementu rizik. Teoretická část práce obsahuje úvod do managementu rizik a jeho spojení s managementem kvality. Dále se teoretická část zabývá stávajícími přístupy k managementu rizik a vhodnými metodami a nástroji. Velká pozornost je věnována analýze rizik. V praktické části je navržen obecný postup pro provádění managementu rizik a je zde zpracována analýza uplatnění metod a nástrojů. Navržený postup byl aplikován ve společnosti HEXPOL Compounding s.r.o.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design the application of risk management procedures. The theoretical part contains an introduction to risk management and its connection with quality management. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with the existing approaches to risk management and appropriate methods and tools. Great attention is paid to risk analysis. In the practical part of this thesis, the general procedure for the implementation of risk management is supposed, as well as an analysis of application of methods and tools. The proposed procedure was applied in the company HEXPOL Compounding Ltd.
