Zhodnocení čerpání finančních prostředků z ROP NUTS 2 Jihovýchod v kraji Vysočina

Abstract

This thesis evaluates the drawdown of funds from the Regional Operational Programme Southeast in Vysočina region, both in terms of financial summary drawdown of grant, and in terms of practical experience of grant applicants and users of project outputs. The theoretical part informs the reader with the regional policy in the EU and the Czech Republic and its strategic documents in the current programming period 2007 - 13. It also contains a description of the ROP Southeast and summary of financial grants from it. The practical part of thesis consists of two types of research. All types of information were found out in the questionnaire. Answers of first research were answered by applicants of grants from the ROP Southeast. The research aim was to find out the applicants opinion about this process. The second research was made among users of the outputs of selected projects. The aim was to find out user´s opinions and also their view on the investment, its evaluation and their positive or negative objections.
