Abstract

This thesis deals with the labour turnover in the selected organization. Labour turnover is a natural part of the cycle of any organization and it is important for its development and growth. The aim of this thesis is to find the causes of the departure of employees in a selected organization and to analyze them. The knowledge gained by studying literature, we applied to the selected organization and made and analysis of the current situation. Based on the results obtained, we proposed recommendations and options that would reduce the number of employees who voluntarily leave the organization, and thereby contribute to the overall stabilization of employees of the organization. The opening chapter introduces the reader to the topic. In the first part we focus on the issue of departure of the employees in selected publications. In the next section we apply the theoretical basis on the selected organization and we describe the current status of the organization. In the following section we analyzed the current position of the organization; we conducted research through focus group and observation. Based on previous findings, we created a recommendation that would tend to decrease the labour turnover in the organization. At the end of the thesis we introduced the most important findings.
