Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby – Bytový dům v Litomyšli. Podkladem pro zpracování byla přiložená architektonická studie. Objekt bytového domu je situován v Litomyšli. Jedná se o samostatně stojící budovu situovanou v zastavěném území města. Konceptem bylo vytvoření prostorů pro trvalé bydlení a restaurace v přízemí. Bytový dům je částečně podsklepen a má tři nadzemní podlaží. Podzemní podlaží slouží jako sklepní prostory a technické zázemí objektu. V bytovém domě se nachází restaurace v 1.NP a osm bytových jednotek ve 2.NP a 3.NP. Z hlediska nosné konstrukce se jedná o zděnou stavbu z keramických tvárnic Porotherm. Projektová dokumentace se skládá z technické zprávy ke stavební části, výkresové části zpracované dle vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. Součástí bakalářské práce tepelně technického posouzení střechy a statického výpočtu překladu a průvlaku v 1.NP.

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is preparing project documentation for the construction of a residential building in Litomyšl. The basis for the design is the attached architectural study. The residential building is located in Litomyšl, within a developed area of the town, and it is a detached structure. The design concept was to create spaces for permanent living and to accommodate a restaurant on the ground floor. The building is partially basemented and has three above-ground storeys. The basement level serves as storage and technical facilities for the building. A restaurant is located on the first above-ground floor, while eight residential units are situated on the second and third storeys. In terms of structural design, the building is a masonry construction made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The project documentation consists of a technical report for the construction section and a set of drawings, prepared following Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The bachelor’s thesis also includes a thermal-technical assessment of the roof and a structural calculation of a lintel and a girder located on the first floor.
