Analýza požadavků na fyzickou zdatnost hasiče

Abstract

This master thesis focuses on the physical condition of firefighters. It gives a general overview of physiology of work with a focus on work under adverse climate conditions. The described reaction of the human body to high temperatures, high humidity and above-average work commitment based in the available literature and legislative safety requirements. Further thesis presents a summary of some foreign studies on the physiology of firefighters and compares them with the data obtained from experimental measurements carried out. The result is a description of real conditions during a fire action, including the subjective perception of the environment, firefighters and establishing safety criteria for the performance of this demanding profession.
