Přístup k modernímu syntetickému materiálu grafen-oxid (grafen) z pohledu BOZP se zaměřením na jeho ekotoxicitu

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with synthetic materials – graphene-oxide and graphene-oxide-fulleren and their ecotoxicity. First part deals with carbon, from basic structures to substances, which are mentioned above.The following part is about their production and properities, that are contained in the safety data sheets.In the next section thera are the laws of their implementing regulations which identify ecotoxicity of substances. A chapter is devoted white mustard, which I used in some experiments. The experimental part of this thesis deals with the practical testing toxicity under various conditions and various forms of graphene oxide. Also there is the evaluation of individual tests in stimulation of root growht of white mustard seeds grown with and without the presence of test materials. Conclusion of thesis and discussion deals with evaluation tests with regard to the risks and BOZP.
