The content of this thesis is to analysis the state of the epidemic of Rychnov, explanation of terms B – agens, bioterrorism, definitiv of term – mode of transmission, the source of infection and preventiv, the valid legislativ of the isme, including the governing of crisis management at the time of the epidemic. The outcome of the diploma work is a detailed guide to the civil population.
