Abstract

The thesis deals with the development of project documentation for the construction of a nursing home. The focus of this master thesis is specifically on the issue of heating and cooling with a low-potential heat source, namely a ground-water heat pump that extracts low-potential energy from geothermal deep wells. The heating of the building is by a combination of plate, tubular heating elements and floor convectors. Cooling is provided by an active cooling heat pump and the distribution of cooling throughout the building is by means of circulating fan-coil units. The thesis is divided into theoretical, textual, drawing and appendices parts.
