Abstract

The goal of this study work is to evaluation the process of recruitment and adaptation of employees in the company HARD Jeseník and proposes suggestions to remedy any deficiencies. I received required data from the company personnel manager, a questionnaire survey of employees and the company website. The thesis describes the methods and procedures which are suitable for recruitment and adaptation of employees. I conducted evaluation of the questionnaire survey using the graphical representation with commentary and I stated proposals to remedy deficiencies. Suggested proposals concern the visibility of the company through excursions, internships, co-operation with more of employment agencies, further acceleration response candidates using templates and competencies, also controls assigned patron, the involvement of employee in his individual adaptation plan, and the latest proposal relates to reducing the number of workers for evaluation staff and the findings their attitudes.
