Vyhodnocení a optimalizace vybraných parametrů na ČOV Havířov

Abstract

In this bachelor thesis I evaluated selected technological parameters of wastewater treatment plant in Havířov, Czech Republic. In the first part of the thesis the principles of biological wastewater treatment based on microorganism influence and nitrogen elimination due to nitrification processes in wastewater are described. Furthermore, the thesis describes WWTP in Havířov development in time since its establishment in 1961, extensive rebuilding in 1994 and reconstruction in 2005. In the practical part of the thesis several parameters are evaluated, those parameters were computed from the accessible data. Evaluated parameters were the time delay and the surface hydraulic load of sedimentation tank and the time delay and the volumetric load of the activation tank. The resulting values were used to evaluate the WWTP function.
